Courage. Compassion. Connection.
Brene Brown’s Gifts of Imperfection guide our values and challenge us to find joy, be present, and help our clients heal every day.
My therapy approach:
I am a master-level clinician committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality mental health care. My approach to therapy is collaborative, solution-focused, and client-centered—I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in clarifying goals, building skills, and creating meaningful change.
I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, the Gottman Method, DBT, CBT, and other integrative approaches. Therapy is tailored to each individual or relationship, with care taken to honor your experiences, values, and pace.
At Canary Counseling, everyone is welcome. I am affirming of all identities, including differences in faith, culture, gender identity, and sexual orientation. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful space where you can show up as you are and be met with dignity, compassion, and care.

“Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It's about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.”
